Each meeting will include opportunities for social as well as presentation of news and upcoming events and the opportunity for individual members to present project ideas, request help, etc.

Lead coordinator acts as lead for each meeting and organises event (with help).

Please note that we are currently short of lead coordinators for Feb, May, June, Sept & Oct meets.

Anna Kot has agreed to act as chief hospitality officer for meets (i.e checking venues, tea and Coffee etc.)

Speakers can be a mix of external or internal.

May need to restrict number of presentations/crits per session. Schedule not set in stone and may change depending on circumstances.
